18 U.S.C. § 2257 Statement

All models, actors, actresses and other persons appearing in any visual depiction on xFuga were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time the depiction was created.
Scope of this statement
xFuga does not produce any of the visual content available through it, and does not store it: files are held on separate third-party infrastructure. Material is submitted by users, who are required to confirm on submission that every person depicted was at least 18 years old at the time of creation and consented to the depiction and its distribution.
This statement is made in reliance on the representations of the submitting user and of the original producer of each depiction. Any records required in respect of material for which this service is a producer as defined in 28 C.F.R. § 75 are maintained by the custodian of records.

Enquiries relating to records under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 should be directed to compliance@xfuga.com.
Reporting a concern
If you believe any material accessible through xFuga depicts a person under 18, or depicts anyone without their consent, report it immediately to abuse@xfuga.com with the URL. Reports of this kind are treated as urgent and the material is removed while the report is reviewed.
We also act on requests from a depicted person to have material of them removed, whether or not a copyright claim is involved — see the Privacy Policy.
Zero tolerance
xFuga has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse material and toward non-consensual material. Accounts used to submit either are terminated, and reports are made to the appropriate authorities.
