By accessing xFuga you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, do not use the site.
You must be 18 or older
This site contains adult material. By using it you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and that it is lawful for you to view adult material in your jurisdiction.
What this service is
xFuga is an online service that indexes and displays material submitted by its users. Files are not stored on our servers; media is delivered from separate third-party infrastructure. We do not create, commission, select or endorse that material. Availability is offered as-is and may change or be withdrawn at any time.
Material submitted by users
If you submit material, you represent that you have the right to do so; that every person depicted was at least 18 at the time and consented both to the depiction and to its distribution; and that the submission does not infringe anyone's rights.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to index, display and make available what you submit, for the purpose of operating the service. You may withdraw material at any time, and we may remove it at any time.
Prohibited use
You may not submit or seek material involving anyone under 18; material published without the consent of a person depicted; or material that is otherwise unlawful. You may not scrape the site at scale, interfere with its operation, or attempt to gain unauthorised access.
Breach of this section ends your right to use the service immediately.
Reporting
Copyright complaints: see the DMCA Policy. Anything else — including material published without consent and material that may depict a minor — should go to abuse@xfuga.com and is treated as urgent.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
